Bocuse d'Or Ukraine was founded in January 2020 by ukrainian chef Eugen Korolev, who has signed a formal membership agreement with GL Events Exhibitions Lyon France.

The aim of Bocuse d’Or Ukraine is to discover and promote new talents in the country,
to promote the diversity of culinary heritage
and Ukrainian gastronomy, as well as to increase
the professional awareness of cooks and chefs.

The national selection of Bocuse d'Or Ukraine will take place in an offline format, where 8 candidates will compete for a place in the European Final, which will be held in 2022. There will also be an online broadcast of the gastronomic event over the official facebook page.

As part of the national selection, 6 master classes will be held by representatives
of the National Organizing Committee of Bocuse d'Or Ukraine. Each of them will demonstrate 1 dish on the theme «Fusion of Ukrainian and world cuisines».
The purpose of the master classes is a popularization of Ukrainian cuisine
and adopting local products according to world culinary trends.

The Expo Zone of the official Bocuse d'Or Ukraine Partners will be presented
at the national selection location. Each Partner will be able to present their product or service to the guests in detail at their stand. In turn, each guest will be able
to visit tastings and receive special offers from our Partners!
