Criteria for selection of candidates

1. A candidate must have the full support of the employer and the family. A comprehensive curriculum will be developed that requires time and efforts.
2. The candidate must have a balanced character, a mature personality and the ability to work in stressful conditions.
3. Must be purposeful and motivated.
4. Creative, well organized, orderly.
5. Has strong technical skills to be able to compete in the world professional level.
6. Has the opportunity to work in a team, ready to donate his ambitions for the benefit of the team.
7. Ready to accept constructive criticism and act positively (coach and the support team from time to time provide feedback during the training to support the candidate and increase his opportunities in the finals).
8. Is able to understand the requirements of the competition
and respond to them.
9. Ready for frequent training for selection rounds
in 2021-2022.
10. Experience in competitions is an advantage.
11. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
12. The candidate chooses a Commis, who is responsible
for the criteria described below.
a) On the day of the Bocuse d'Or Grand Final in Lyon (January 2023) must be more than 23 years old.

b) All professional chefs with Ukrainian citizenship can take part in the competition.
a) Must not be 22 years of age or older on the day of the Bocuse d'Or Grand Final in Lyon (January 2023).

b) It is allowed to change the Commis not later than 30 days before the competition. This information must be reported to the organizer no later than 30 days before the competition.
